Week 01
ROOT
Every transformation begins with safety. Before you can rise, you must first root. Reconnecting with your body, your breath, and the ground beneath you.
Most people try to change their patterns through willpower, mindset work, or pushing harder. But when your nervous system is stuck in protection mode, none of that reaches the root. What shows up as overthinking, perfectionism, or shutting down isn't a flaw, it's your body keeping you safe the only way it knows how.
This week we lay the foundation. You'll begin to understand how the mind and body work together, why patterns persist no matter how much you understand them, and what it actually feels like to start coming home to yourself.
In Week One, You'll Learn:
What the mind is and how clearing it creates the space for real change
How trauma isn't just a memory but a felt experience stored in the nervous system, fascia, and muscles and why the body must be included in healing
The difference between the conditioned, survival-based self and your true essence, felt in the body.
Why subconscious patterns not conscious effort, drive your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour
How your "I am" statements are creating your reality in the mind and the body and how to begin shifting them.
Week 02
REVEAL
As safety takes root, what’s been hidden beneath the surface gently rises to be seen, understood, and released.
Once your body begins to feel safer, the patterns that have been running in the background start to become visible. The self-doubt, the triggers, the stories you've been living inside they weren't random. They were protective responses your nervous system built when it didn't feel safe to feel.
This week you'll stop fighting your patterns and start getting curious about them. Because you can't release what you haven't seen and you can't see clearly until you understand how the subconscious and the body have been working together to keep you stuck.
In Week Two, You'll Learn:
How to work with upset as information rather than a problem and the three questions that create space in any triggered moment
Why your reality and the truth are not the same thing and how loosening the grip on perception begins to soften the body
The neutralization practice: how to find a genuine felt yes to loving yourself regardless of outcome and why that shifts the nervous system more than any affirmation
How to begin updating the subconscious story not just in the mind, but in the body where it actually lives
Week 03
RELEASE
You can't think your way out of what your body is still holding.
This week we move from understanding to embodied release letting energy, emotion, and tension move through you safely and completely. The frequency you're living from isn't just a mindset. It's a physical state. And when the body is locked in low-frequency emotions like fear, shame, or grief, the nervous system can't access the creativity, clarity, and aliveness that are naturally available to you.
In Week Three, You'll Learn:
Why lasting change requires shifting the state of the body, not just the story in the mind
How low-vibration emotions like fear, anger, guilt, shame, and grief contract the body and keep the nervous system locked in survival mode
How to use somatic practices to discharge stored tension and move the nervous system out of protection and into expansion
Why the goal isn't a perfect life, it's an expanded capacity to meet whatever life brings without getting stuck in it
Week 04
REWIRE
Reprogram How You Respond
Every automatic reaction, every moment of self-sabotage, every time you've known better and still gone back to the old pattern, that's not weakness. That's a nervous system running a program it learned a long time ago.
This week is about changing the program. Not through willpower or positive thinking, but by working directly with the mind and body together, rewiring the language patterns, the perception patterns, and the automatic responses that have been running on autopilot. When you shift what's happening at the level of the nervous system, the behaviour changes naturally. Not because you're forcing it. Because the body has learned something new.
In Week Four, You'll Learn:
Why every problem lives in your perception, not your circumstances and how to feel the difference in the body between resistance and genuine choice
How the language you use every day is either contracting or expanding your nervous system and the three phrase shifts that begin to rewire your response patterns immediately
How to build the pause between stimulus and response, not just as a mental skill but as a somatic one, trained through the body
How changing the observer changes what is observed, in the mind, in the nervous system, and in the circumstances of your life
Week 05
RECLAIM
What's always been yours is waiting, your awareness, your voice, your ability to shape what comes next. This is simply the moment you step back into it
This week is about honest reckoning with where you are in your own evolution, what you've been unconsciously available for, and what it means to complete the emotional business that's been taking up space. The shift from becoming to being. From surviving to living. From waiting for life to change so you can feel okay to feeling okay now, in the body, and watching life respond.
In Week Five, You'll Learn:
The power of availability: how whatever is in your life reflects what you've been available for at the level of frequency and subconscious identity
How to consciously declare what you are now available for and anchor that shift in the body, not just decide it in the mind
How finishing the emotional and physical charge around unresolved experiences so your nervous system stops carrying what it no longer needs to
Week 06
RISE
Healing isn't about never feeling discomfort, it's about knowing how to return to yourself when you do.
This final week is about anchoring the new you. Not as a concept, but as a felt experience that lives in your body and moves with you into daily life. You'll build the internal foundation that holds everything else up. The self-concept, the blueprint your nervous system has been living from, gets consciously rebuilt, from the inside out, in the mind and in the body. This is where resilience stops being something you reach for and becomes simply who you are.
In Week Six, You'll Learn:
What the self-concept actually is and how it's held not just in your beliefs but in the way your body carries itself, responds to goodness, and allows or deflects love
The five foundations of self-concept: self-love, self-acceptance, self-value, self-trust, and self-respect — and how to feel where each one is solid and where it needs rebuilding
How your inner voice is the subconscious made audible, where it came from, why it isn't originally yours, and how to build a new one that lands in the body, not just the mind.

Meet Your Mentor
Hi! I’m Rima,
I help women release emotional blocks, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their most authentic, embodied selves.
After years of chronic stress, loss, and self-sabotage, I learned firsthand that mindset alone can’t heal what the body is still holding. It wasn’t until I turned toward my body not away from it that everything changed.
This work is deeply personal to me because I’ve lived it. And I’ll be with you every step of the way as you return home to yourself.
