We begin November 2

Week 01

Every transformation begins with safety. Before you can rise, you must first root, reconnecting with your body, your breath, and the ground beneath you.

ROOT

When your system is stuck in protection, no amount of willpower or mindset work can move you forward.
What feels like resistance is often your body keeping you safe, showing up as procrastination, perfectionism, or shutdown.

This week is about slowing down and rebuilding trust from within.

In Week One, You’ll Learn:

  • Why your nervous system is the foundation for real healing and growth.

  • How to identify your unique states of safety and stress and return to balance.

  • Why patterns like control or self-doubt are protective responses, not flaws.

  • Simple tools and grounding rituals to regulate your emotions and rebuild stability.

  • How clarity creates safety and opens space for new possibilities to unfold.

Week 02

REVEAL

As safety takes root, what’s been hidden beneath the surface gently rises to be seen, understood, and released.

Once your body feels safe, what’s been buried begins to surface. The self-doubt, control, and overwhelm aren’t random they’re protective patterns your body created when it didn’t feel safe to feel.

This week, you’ll start to see these patterns clearly not as problems to fix, but as messages to understand.

In Week Two, You’ll Learn:

  • How your subconscious and nervous system work together to create protective patterns.

  • How to recognize emotional triggers as signals, not setbacks.

  • Safe ways to explore stored beliefs without reliving the past.

  • How to bring curiosity to resistance so you can integrate, not fight it.

Week 03

RELEASE

Let go of what your body has been holding so you can return to ease, breath, and flow.

You can’t think your way out of what your body is still feeling. This week, we move from understanding to embodied release, letting energy, emotion, and tension move through you safely and completely.

This is the week your body exhales, where what’s been heavy begins to lift and peace starts to settle in.

In Week Three, You’ll Learn:

  • How emotions are stored in the body and how to release them without overwhelm.

  • Breath, sound, and movement practices to discharge stress in real time.

  • How to tell the difference between release and reactivation.

  • Grounding tools to integrate calm after emotional release.

  • How to trust your body’s natural rhythm of release, rest, and reset.

Week 04

REWIRE

Reprogram your subconscious and body to respond with calm, confidence, and trust.

With new patterns in place, this week is about reclaiming your power and embodying the version of you that feels safe to expand.

This is the week you stop striving to become and start remembering who you already are.

In Week Five, You’ll Learn:

  • How to embody your new identity through movement, voice, and presence.

  • Practices to integrate confidence, self-trust, and inner stability.

RECLAIM

Now that your body trusts safety, expansion becomes possible.

This week is about taking up space expressing your truth, setting boundaries, and owning your energy without apology. You’ll learn to navigate life with openness instead of armor, confidence instead of control.

Your voice strengthens, your boundaries solidify, and your body begins to feel like home again.

In Week Five, You’ll Learn:

  • How to embody confidence as a felt sense, not a performance.

  • Tools to express emotion and truth through body, voice, and movement.

RISE

In this final week, you’ll anchor your new baseline of calm, clarity, and confidence. Integration becomes your daily rhythm; resilience becomes who you are.

Meet Your Mentor

Hi! I’m Rima,

I help women release emotional blocks, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their most authentic, embodied selves.

After years of chronic stress, loss, and self-sabotage, I learned firsthand that mindset alone can’t heal what the body is still holding. It wasn’t until I turned toward my body not away from it that everything changed.

Now, through the HypnoSomatic™ Method, I help others bridge the subconscious and soma, guiding transformation where breath meets body and belief.

This work is deeply personal to me because I’ve lived it. And I’ll be with you every step of the way as you return home to yourself.
